Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 st topping -
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup conf. sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 2 nd topping -
  • 2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 400
mix together butter, flour and nuts, press in 13x9 pan
bake in oven 10-15 minutes or until brown
cool 15minutes

1st topping - mix and spread over crust and refrigerate for 1 hour
2nd topping - mix and spread over 1st topping, let set 15minutes
top with leftover Cool Whip and leftover chopped nuts
Refrigerate overnight.
