  • Muffin:
  • 1/4 C flaxseed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • Flavoring:
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1-2 T raisons
  • Or coffee syrup in your choice of flavorings

Preparation

Step 1

Xix all ingredients in a large coffee mug or small microwave safe bowl. (the more raisons you use the larger a container you will need)

Microwave for 1 minute. It will puff above the mug a small amount but fall when cooking stops.

Serve in the mug or tip muffin out of the mug onto plate.

May top any way you would a muffin.
