Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 ounces each) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped (optional)

Step 1
1) Combine artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, oregano and garlic powder in 1 1/2 quart crock pot or smaller size slow cooker; mix well.
2) Cover and cook on LOW 2 hours.
Serve with warm pita bread or toasted baguettes
