Taco Salad

Catherine's recipe, introduced on the boat trip of 2010.

Ingredients

  • Cook one pound of lean ground beef in skillet; drain. Mix w/chopped lettuce, grated cheddar, sliced mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions. Add Catalina dressing and toss. Add Fritos and more dressing if needed.
  • Mix and serve.
