Korean: Spicy Myulchi

Ingredients

  • 3 cups small anchovies
  • 4 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. garlic
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp+ gochujang
  • sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly fry anchovies in skillet. Add garlic and 3 tbsp. sesame oil and fry until crispy.

Add brown sugar, soy sauce, gochujang and mix thoroughly to side of pan. Mix with anchovies and fry lightly for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp. sesame oil and sesame seeds.
