Virgin Mai Tai
A virgin mai tai cocktail leaves out the rum and triple sec and replaces it with orange juice to give it an even more tropical flavor.
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice (fresh is best)
- 1 cup club soda
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups crush ice
Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 5mins
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir well.
Pour into a cocktail glass or specialty glass.
Garnish with a fresh orange slice or pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry and serve.
