Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• CRUST-
• 1/2 c butter
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter
add egg, flour and baking powder
mix till soft dough
spray 9x13 pan
spread dough on bottom of pan and up sides a bit
5 eggs
3 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 c sugar
5 T flour
2 T vanilla
4 c milk
beat egg whites w/ pinch of salt until stiff
set aside
beat egg yokes, cream cheese and sugar until smooth
add flour and vanilla
add whole milk slowly until cheese is disolved
fold egg whites into cheese until all lumps of whites are disolved
pour into crust
bake at 350 for 1 hr
cool then sprinkle w/ cinnamin and a bit of nutmeg
