Cheesecake Layered Brownies: (Dana Tite Ivie)

Ingredients

• Cheesecake Layer:
• Crisco cooking spray
• 1 pkg Pillsbury Classic Fudge Brownie mix
• 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
• 1/4 c. Water
• 2 Lrg Eggs
• 1 8 oz. Soft cream Cheese
• 2 T. Butter softened
• 1 Lrg Egg
• 1 14oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 T. cornstarch
• 2 t. vanilla
• 1/4 c. Chocolate Fudge frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Heat over 350*. Spray 9x12 pan with cooking spray.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions
using: oil, water, 2 eggs. Spread into pan.

Bake 25 min.

Beat cream cheese,butter and cornstarch til fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk, 1 egg and vanilla until smooth.
Pour evenly over partially baked brownies.

bake 28-30 min. til top is lightly browned.
Cool. Spread with frosting. Chill 30 min. Cut into bars.
