Ingredients

  • 3 cup diced rhubarb
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 TBSP flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 13x9 baking pan.

Combine rhubarb, white sugar, and 3 TBSP flour. Stir well and spread evenly into prepared pan.

Combine brown sugar, oats and 11/2 cup flour. Stir well. Cut in butter until pea sized crumbles appear. Sprinkle over the rhubarb layer.

Bake for 40 minutes.
