Ingredients
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup low-sodium mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine carrots and raisins in large bowl. Mix together remaining ingredients. Toss with carrots and raisins. Chill well before serving.
