SAW DUST PUDDING

Ingredients

• 1 SM. box lemon Jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• rind and juice of 1 lemon
• 20 graham crackers
• 2 tablespoon of melted butter
• 1 (12oz.) evaporated milk cold

Preparation

Step 1

Make Jello with boiling water, Add sugar, rind and lemon juice. Let
mixture set until jelly like .Put crackers in chopper . chop until they appear like sawdust. Add melted butter to cracker sawdust and put in 9x13 dish patting around dish for crust . Whip cold evaporated milk with electric mixer and stir in jello mixture. Pour over cracker crust and sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top.
