Ingredients
- 3 thin slices Black Forest ham
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- Pinch dried basil
- 2 english muffins, halved and toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Grease 4 large muffin cups; line each wit 2 ham slices and break egg over top. Divide cream evenly among cups; sprinkle with cheese and basil. Half fill any empty cups with water.
Bake in centre of 350F oven for 25 minutes or until firm. Serve each on muffin half.
Makes 4 servings.
