Ingredients
- 4 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C cornstarch
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 T lemon juice
- 6 lbs apples peeled and sliced

Step 1
In large pot blend sugar, cornstarch, cinn and nutmeg. Stir in 10 C water. Cook until thick. Cool partially then add lemon juice. Add sliced apples to mixture and spoon into jars. Process in hot water bath for 20 min.
