Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Richard's bread dough - usually 5 loaves
  • 1 lb provolone sliced very thin
  • 3/4 lb pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb grated motzerella
  • parmezian cheese grated
  • 2-3 eggs
  • salt, pepper, oregano

Preparation

Step 1

let bread dough thaw for 2 hrs - do not let rise
cut thawed bread in half
roll out to rectangle
beat eggs and mix
add seasonings
coat dough w/ mixture
add layer of provolone
keep ingredients 1/2 inch from edge
add layer of pepperoni
add layer of cheeses
roll up jeely roll style
pinch edges together
bake at 350 for 30 mins
