Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 3 3 3 lbs pork ternderloin, trimmed
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup fresh ginger, peeled adn chopped into small pieces
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 3 3 3 T honey
- 3 3 3 T sesame oil
- 1 1 1 T finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium sized bowl, whisk the ginger, soy sauce, shallots, honey, sesame oil, garlic, pepper, red pepper flakes and tabasco. While whisking, puor in the canola oil.
Place the tenderloin in a large sealable plastic bag; pour in marinade. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
Place tenderloin on an oiled grill and cook covered over medium-high heat, turning occassionaly until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached (about 15-20 minutes).
Remove from the grill, cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve.
