Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 to 2 c. cheese, shredded
- Tortilla chips
- Green onions, for garnish (opt.)
Preparation
Step 1
Warm the cream cheese and refried beans (separately), until each is spreadable. Spread the cream cheese on a large plate, then spread a layer of refried beans on top of the cream cheese. Next, add a layer of salsa, then cover with the shredded cheese. Top with green onions (chopped), if desired, and serve with tortilla chips.
