Thai Pork Fried Rice

  • 10 oz pork filets
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 spring onions
  • 10 oz rice
  • 2 tbl oil
  • 3 tbl fish sauce
  • 1 tbl thai chili in oil
  • 1 tbl garlic
  • 2 tbl soy sauce
  • 1 tbl thai chili peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sugar



Step 1

In a pot bring water to boil and add rice. Cook for ten minutes and pour off water. Let rice cool down.

Slice pork fillets, dice onions and tomato, cut spring onions in 2 cm long pieces

Heat oil in a wok or a pan and add pork. Stir-fry pork until tender.

Add onions and continue to stir-fry., Add tomato and spring onions and stir-fry for one more minute.

Stir in rice, fish sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and sugar and heat.
