Ingredients
- 1 qt. mazola oil
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 qt. green pepper, chopped
- 1 qt. cauliflower
- 1 qt. dill pickles
- 1 qt. celery, chopped
- 1 qt. carrots, chopped
- 1 qt. onions, chopped
- 4 cans tomatoes
- 4 cans green beans
- 4 cans peas
- 1 qt. spanish olives
- 4 hot peppers
- 1 c. parsley, chopped
- 3 cans tuna
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 T. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Boil all vegetables in oil & vinegar for 1 hour. Put tuna in last few minutes. Put in hot jars & lids as for canning
