Hearty Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

• 2 |3 c cocoa
• 1 |2 c sugar
• 3 |4 c water
• 5 1|4 c milk
• 1 |2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together cocoa and sugar add water to make smooth paste. Heat and add milk till small bubbles form. Remove and add vanilla.
Pour into cups and top with whipped cream
