Ingredients
- 1 container chicken livers
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- butter (smart balance)
- chicken fat schmaltz
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 2 tbl miracle whip
- 1 tbl honey
- 1 tbl oil grape seed
- 3 hard boiled eggs
Preparation
Step 1
heat skillet with butter + ckn fat
saute onions + garlic till onions clear
saute livers till no longer pink
DO NOT OVER COOK
Put into food processor: liver mixture mayo wine honey egg parsley
Wine
Pulse till done
