Ingredients

  • Add:
  • LC Candied Nuts
  • LC Candied Nuts We luvs 'em
  • In mixing bowl
  • 1-lg egg white
  • 1 1/2 tsp water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
  • Whisk to a froth
  • 3/4 cup Splenda granular
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 cups nuts
  • Mix it well
  • Spread nuts out on cookie sheet lined
  • with parchment paper.
  • Bake 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes
  • Turn half way through
  • Walnuts, almonds, pecans are wonderful.
