Ingredients

  • 2 loaves Italian bread
  • 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup diced green onion
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire
  • 1 lb. ham
  • 1 lb. roast beef
  • 12-14 slices dill pickle
  • (Can use other combinations of meat)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bread in half and hollow out top and bottom (discard or eat the insides). Combine cheeses, onion, mayo, Worcestershire. Spread over cut sides of bread. Layer ham and roast beef on top and bottom halves. Place pickles on bottom half and close sandwich. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 2 hrs. Cut into 1-1/2 inch slices.
