Ingredients
- 4 thick pork chops
- 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 cup Minute Rice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Brown pork chops in a frying pan; place Minute Rice and orange juice into a shallow 2-qt oven dish. Place browned pork chops evenly over orange juice and rice mixture. Pour cream of mushroom soup evenly over pork chops. Place in oven at 325 degrees and bake 30-35 minutes.
