Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon
- 10 medium potatoes, diced
- 5 carrots chopped
- 2 medium onions diced
- 1 can 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 container 24 oz. sour cream
- 1 package 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Step 1
Brown bacon pieces in dutch oven using 10 coals on bottom. Stir frequently to prevent from burning. When done remove and set aside, drain half grease then add potatoes, carrots, and onions.
stir well add enough water to cover 1 inch In bottom of pan. Season with salt and pepper. cover and bake 35 to 40 min. or until potatoes are tender at 350 degrees using 10 coals on bottom and 14 coals on top. Stir in soup, sour cream, mushrooms and bacon bake 10 more minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and cover until cheese melts. 12 to 14 servings.
