Easy Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. In a 13 x 9 baking dish or roasting pan, shape meat into a loaf.

Pour a little water around the perimeter of the loaf and bake 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
