Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup liquid smoke (1 1/2 bottles)
- 3 tsp brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Pour sauce on brisket. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 5-6 hours at 250°.
