Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of curly kale (stems removed and leaves chopped roughly)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • sea salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2 Place chopped kale on a metal cookie sheet and and massage the coconut oil into the
leaves with your hands to coat them evenly.

3 Dust the oil coated leaves with sea salt and garlic powder to taste - more sea salt may be
added after baking.

4 Bake approximately 10-15 minutes until some of the edges of the leaves turn brown. Then turn the oven off and allow the kale to dry/cool in the oven. Remove from the oven when they feel crispy.
