Lefse

Ingredients

  • 3 cups riced potatoes
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tblsp. sugar
  • 8 Tblsp melted shortening or 6 w/ tblsp cream

Step 1

Mix together and divide into 12 or 13 balls. Keep fried lefse moist between towels. (1 wet)
