Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water (fresh or canned)
  • 1 frozen banana (green-tipped/under ripe)
  • 1 cup raw organic spinach
  • 2 Tbsp coconut cream concentrate
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • (optional) 1-2 tsp organic spirulina powder
