  • 1 lb. frozen mussels
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 oz sliced grape tomatoes
  • 2 oz sliced green onion



Step 1

place all ingredients in a medium sauté pan and bring to a simmer. cover the pan and allow to cook for another 5 minutes or so, until all the mussels have opened. (discard any mussels that are still closed prior to serving) Serve hot, with French bread, fresh lemon slices, and an extra plate for the shells.
