Ingredients

  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 15 oz can creamed corn
  • 3/4 cup thawed frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 TBS melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, creamed corn, frozen corn, cornmeal onion. Stir in milk, melted butter, egg, sugar, cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper. Spread in a buttered 1-quart casserole dish and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
