Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Prepared Horseradish -- drnd
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives -- chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Shallots -- chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.

2. Serve with Rib Roast #1654.
