Ingredients
- 2 gallons cider
- 1 gallon cranberry juice
- 1 quart orange juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 10 whole allspice (or 3 teaspoons ground)
- 12 cinnamon sticks (or 2 tablespoons ground)
- 1 whole orange, spiked with cloves
- 6 teaspoons bitters
- 1 fifth rum, or to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Tie allspice and cinnamon sticks in cheesecloth for easy removal. Mix all ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour. Serve hot.
