- 1 lb stew meat
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. br. sugar
- 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic
- 1/2 c. hoisin sauce

Place the ingredients in the crockpot, stir and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with fresh sliced green onions and rice.
