BROWN SUGAR BACON WRAPS

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 16oz package of little smokies
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • wooden skewers (soak in water for at least an hour to avoid burning)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each around little sausage.
Place wrapped sausages on wooden skewers about 3 on each skewer, arrange the skewers on a baking sheet, once all done, then sprinkle each liberally with the brown sugar.
Bake until bacon is crisp and sugar is melted.
