Chicken Tikka Skewers

How do you turn a sandwich spread into an Indian-inspired marinade for grilled chicken? Add a touch of curry powder and lemon juice and you've got the 3-ingredient marinade we used on these Chicken Tikka Skewers.

Ingredients
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 2 2 2 Tbsp. curry paste
- 1 1 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients until well blended. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate.
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto 8 wooden skewers.
Grill 7 to 8 min. on each side or until done (170ºF).
