Beef Burgundy

Ingredients

  • 2 lb lean beef stew meat, cut in small pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can of red wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz package fresh mushrooms (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Spray casserole with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in casserole and bake, covered at 350° for 3 hours or more. Pour over rice or noodles. Easy to double.
