Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Cook flour and milk, stirring constantly, until pasty consistency. Cool. (Do not use this mixture until it is really cool).
Add shortening and beat 4 minutes
Add sugar and beat 4 minutes
Add vanilla and beat 4 minutes
Add cooled flour mixture and beat 4 minutes
The more you beat, the better it is!
