Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 egg
- Keebler Club Butter Crackers
- 2 king size packages of Rolo Minis
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.Line an 8×8" baking pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
3.In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter and egg with your hand until a firm dough forms. Divide the dough in half and press one half into the bottom of the pan.
4.Cover the bottom layer of cake with the butter crackers to make an even layer.
5.Top with the Rolo Minis.
6.With the other half of the dough carefully piece it together over the Rolos. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just try your best to cover it.
7.Drizzle with the sweetened condensed milk and bake for 25-28 minutes until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into.
8.Enjoy!
Variation: Substitute Keebler Mini Fudge Stripes for the butter crackers. Just sprinkle them on the bottom layer.
