Garlic & Lemon Butternut Squash Noodles

Ingredients
- 3 3 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 3 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 6 6 cups spiralized butternut squash
- 1 1 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3-4 3-4 3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Grated parmesan cheese, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400.
In small saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add rosemary, salt and pepper and lemon. Pour over squash and toss until evenly coated.
Spread in a jelly roll pan. Bake about 20-25 minutes.
Serve noodles garnished with cheese.
