Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 10 oz can mild enchilada sauce
- 1/2 bag frozen corn (unthawed)
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot or large stock pot. Heat thoroughly. Serve with chips and cheese if desired.
