Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Great texture, very smooth!

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/8 cup sugar
• 3 cups heavy cream
• 1 Tbsp vanilla (this is way too much)
• 15 oreos

Preparation

Step 1

Mix milk and sugar for 3 minutes. Add cream and vanilla. Add oreos in in the last 5 minutes.

* Halved: 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup + 1/16 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cup cream, vanilla
