  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 1/3 cup ground almond
  • 1/2 cup rice protein powder
  • 1/2 cup hemp or flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp guar gum or xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup sunflower oil
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
Add in wet ingredients and beat for 2-3 minutes until well mixed.

Devide batter evenly among paper lined muffin tins. bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. Freeze unused portions. Goes well with peanut butter or hazelnut spread.
