Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups fresh peaches, peeled, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup no-calorie sugar substitute (or 6 packets)*
  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup no calorie sugar substitute (or 12 packets)*
  • 4 tablespoons light butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a 7 x 11-inch baking dish, combine peaches, blueberries, flour, lemon juice, and sweetener. Set aside.
3. In small bowl, combine oats, flour, almonds, and sweetener. Cut in butter and crumble on top of fruit mixture.
4. Place in baking dish and bake 30-40 minutes.
