Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 3 vegetable oil
- 4 cups thickly sliced potatoes
- 1 cand cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
Rub pork chops on both side with salt and pepper. Saute onions, plus the pork chops, in a little oil until chops are browned. Put potatoes.
In a 2 quart buttered baking dish. Arrange the browned pork chops over potatoes. To the cooked onions in the skillet, add soup and milk. Stir and heat. Pour over chops in casserole.
Bake, covered, for 3 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30-40 minutes more.
