Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 C orange juice
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • Glaze:
  • 1/4 C butter melted
  • 2/3 C sugar
  • 1/3 C orange juice
  • 1 t lemon or orange zest
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 10" bundt pan.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, orange juice, vegetable oil, and lemon together. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.

Bake 55-60 minutes.

Take a fork and poke holes every 2" in the cake while still in the pan.

Glaze:

Combine all glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook stirring constantly over medium heat until all the sugar is dissolved.

Allow glaze to cool some before pouring over the cake into the holes punched with the fork while cake is still in the pan.

Once cake is completely cool, turn out and dust with powdered sugar.
