Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup agave or pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 bag (12 ounces) chocolate chips
- 1 cup toasted almonds

Step 1
Combine shredded coconut, agave, coconut oil, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into a ball. Transfer onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Use your hands to press mixture into a 1/2-inch-thick rectangle. Heat chocolate chips in the microwave at 30-second intervals until melted. Evenly distribute almonds over coconut patty and pour the melted chocolate over the entire thing. Cut into squares. Put pan in freezer.
