Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup 10% cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to tastev

Preparation
Step 1
Separate broccoli into florets. Peel stems and chop coarsely. Set aside. In large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; cook onion, celery and curry powder, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes or until softened. Add broccoli florets, stalks and vegetable stock; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Transfer soup in batches to food processor or blender; puree until smooth. Return to saucepan. Add cream, salt, pepper; bring just to simmer.
