BREAKFAST CRESCENT EGG CASSEROLE (Carol Suhre)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded hashbrowns
  • 5 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased cookie sheet with sides to form crust. Seal the perforations.
Brown sausage and drain; Spoon sausage, potatoes, and cheese onto crust. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Serves 5 to 6.
