Ingredients
- 3-5 lb top round; sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 2 c soy sauce
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 of a 4 oz bottle of liquid smoke
- ground red pepper to taste

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a resealable plastic bag. Squish bag to coat evenly all of the meat. Marinate overnight. Cook 8-10 hrs on high power of food dehydrator.
